Description

I would like to create a site similar to worldwinner.com

Basically, it is a site where people deposit money through paypal and play cash games against others in tournaments for cash prizes. One difference though is that I would like flash games for this. I need somebody to not only make me the site, but also create 3 flash games for it. I may also want more games in the future. My budget is $1250, not much more.

1. Create the web site (talk to me for more details on specs)

2. Create 3 games (maybe minesweeper, pool, bejeweled)

Please refer to worldwinner.com and create a free account. Then play some games to see what it is like. Scores are submitted to the site and then posted in the tournament leaderboard. The winner receives the prize. There may also be multiple prizes offered. New tourneys should automatically be started when a player has already played in all open tourneys automatically.

Admin panel should be professional, ability to make new tourney types, edit users, add games, etc.
