Description

Hi, we have an already biuolt flashw ebsite with a contact form on it - the developer made the form to work in ASP but our client is running a linux server and needs it to work in PHP.

All we need is a simple php form mail script and for that to be configured with the flash site we have.

We need this within the next few hours so will favor fast quotes.

The form doesn't need to be custom written, it can be a downloaded script.

I have uploaded a image of the form - there are only 4 input boxes and 1 check box.
