I have done site clones several times. This should not be too difficult, if I understand your needs corectly. Do you want a CMS? Or can we make it static? Are you going to be making edits later that will require a CMS like Joomla? We can probably finish this in a few hours but I am working full time at a second job now so I am bidding two days just for a little extra cushion.
