Description:	Ok this project will be pritty easy for anyone with experience in PHP5, Dreamweaver, PhotoShop, Flash. Ok what is needed ? We have recently setup on a out sourcing website. We mainly do design work but are looking for programmers to partner with for coding. What we would like is for experienced programmers om PHP5 to take a test on the out sourching site we have signed up for. Who ever we pick to take the test should have the best price and skill level. We will choose that programmer to complete all our coding now and in the future as its only fair. If there are also people who are skilled in Flash and dreamweaver please also bid as we have flash and dreamweaver test to take. I can send the winners the syllabus of tests time it will take is 20-40mins
