Description: Upgrade website. Use existing text, photos and page structure but make the site look more professional. We would like for you to setup a template and CSS and apply all of the pages to it. It is important that the site looks friendly on the home page. We need a nice friendly looking header maybe with a little subtle Flash elements .

This website will be an important addition to our portfolio and you will be welcome to refer to it as well as a sample. We are open to your recommendations and suggestions to make the site look its best.

We need someone we can communicate well with and who is patient with the project to make the necessary corrections and changes.
