Description: Re-design our site with admin panel, CMS (control management system), Custom graphical layout, banner rotation system, mailing list feature.

Do things such as manage photographer galleries, add new member (photographer), manage members, remove members, mass email all members or only specified member, publish news/articles using WYSIWYG, create an Ajax application, adjust new gallery, delete gallery.

The site should remain search engine optimized and have strategic placement of google adds. The front page has to remain in frames to be able to display google adds. Some SEO consulting is a plus.
