We have already made a community site.
Now i need some one to make a 3d-portal/world on it or separate,

It should be:
A place where you could buy you a own house in three different areas, with the virtual coins of the site, you should be able to buy things to your house or apartment.
In the city you should see different buildings beside the houses and apartments of the users
For example a place where to buy things (store), where to play games (casino), web radio (Disco) and chat (café).
Should be multiplayer games and single player games. We will tell what the games are.

And a quiz house, with lists, top-list from the week, the month and the year (total)
And news room.
On every thing of this the user could speak to each other, like on habbohotell.com.
Others function are like a normal community

The 3D City have to a very cool one as our community is for cool people,
More info will be sent to three of those with best service and price.
Payment terms are this: First payment after 70 % is done second after 80 % and last payment after we have check for bugs. First payment will be 50% second 70% last 100%.
