Description

our website is los-angeles-tax-preparation-payroll-bookkeeping.com.
we don't like the design. so we bought a template from a template-store.

the template is here http://los-angeles-tax-preparation-payroll-bookkeeping.com/template/

we need the following:
1. transfer out site from old design to new design. FLASH VERSION.
2. Modify flash header title to show "Accountant co." to -->>> "RS Tax Services"
3. remove email link on left side menu
4. check entire for dead links and remove dead links. also remove missing images.
5. make the search work on template. if you want use google site search.
6. format website text and content to look more professional
7. make the colors match the new design template. colors of text, and images. nothing should look out of place.
8. add the following to contactus page as well. see jpg.

NOTE: we want to keep the existing side menu. just change the images for the side menu button to match the website.
