Description: Looking for someone to do a total graphical redesign of a website. The website is written in PHP with a MySQL backend. It is in a non-english language but that has no impact on this graphical project.

The website is a community for models, photographers and others in the model business and every member has a portfolio. Everything is done with PHP-code and standard HTML-code and it is working fine today, but the design is done a few years back and urgently needs updating to make it 1.) more user friendly and 2.) a true Web 2.0 experience that the visitors enjoys to see and gives a professional view of the site.

The project includes the following:
- Build a good, userfriendly layout of all menus/elements currently in place
- Enlight it with a modern look, colors, fonts etc. (maybe Flash-based?)

Only looking for experienced professionals that have great references and can show a strong portfolio to do this Web 2.0 redesign of an existing website. Preferably someone that are both into programming (PHP) and design. Please also include an estimated timeframe of how soon you will be able to do the job.

To clarify: The website already today uses CSS and XHTML technology, so it shouldn't be to much hassle to redesign it to a modern Web 2.0 design. The website is originally done with a free HTML template system in the base structure, called "oops template system". Please ask for the website URL if you need more details!
