Description

Hey all you skilled web designers! I got a really cool template that a friend made for me. Only problem is he left to go to Iraq before he could finish the coding. What I need from you is the ability to construct a website from scratch based on a template and then code it. Some PHP and MySQL functions will be needed for logging in and game server status. I also need a news script to match the one planned for this website. Some flash components, to make the site nice and flashy, may be asked.
