Description: Hi, we need a website for a Consulting Company. It needs to be clean, clear lettering, nice pictures for color and needs a creative eye. There are 7 to 8 pages intended for this site. I posted before but am creating a new posting to be more specific on what I need. Provide you payment terms and only examples of actual sites you've developed (not edited templates) as well as site headers and logos developed. The site must work with all browsers
- Developers must have a professional web-designer who can professionally design the website
- With flash animation, mysql / php
- Master Code Generator
- Custom template design
- Flash Animated Headers
- Installation on our server
- Developer must guarantee professional work for my website developing.
- We must have full copyrights and license for our completed website.
- Developer must install and check any kinds of errors on our server.
- Please do not bid if you wants to list your logo on my completed website.
-Search Engine Optimization and Submission: Embedding the template with special meta tags so that it can be found
on all searches on major search engines like yahoo and google.
- **PLEASE** only bid if you have the necessary experience to complete the job in the time you quote.
- We will need examples of websites you have created before we can proceed (your work only, with proof).

I use Paypal to pay and only pay upon delivery of completed product. Any deviation to these payment terms must be noted on your proposal for consideration.
