Description

We need to update our website. All the design work are done, please see attached file for preview.
Requirements:
- Must be done within 7 Days
- Php/HTML/CSS/Scripting with good coding standards, use includes for header, footer and common elements.
- Flash for front page, main flash work is done needs to add a few links.
- Needs to update content easily, photos and text.
- All Forms needs validation
- Each model has 4 corresponding pages.
- AI/PSD files will be send once we picked the provider
- Communication must be excellent, prefer MSN & Email. This is a re-post project. The last provider dropped the ball.
