Description:	This is purely design work. No programming included. I need a complete HTML template for a company offering the following services: 1. Search Engine Marketing/Search Engine Optimization 2. Web hosting (Linux/Windows both) 3. Web Designing 4. Web Development 5. ECommerce solutions 6. Link building 7. Webmaster tools Other pages include: 1. About us 2. Contact us 3. Portfolio 4. Domain name registration You can use dummy text (Lorem Ipsum..) in the template pages. Each page must be either in HTML or in PHP or in ASP format. Design must be web 2.0 and w3c standards validated. Designer must use external CSS files. No FLASH work required. Company name is SIM Technologies Totally DIV based pages. Use of tables is not allowed. Pages should work in all browsers. IE, firefox, Safari, Opera etc. On home page, i need a section where i can add latest news and/or offers by the company. You can also make a sinlge page for those pages ONLY where the text will be different but layout will be same. so i can simply make copies and enter the required text. budget: $30 All PSD files and HTML files must be delived on completion.
