Description: I want a static website with basic information similiar to www.goShutter.com.

This website has 6 pages. Designed using Macromedia Flash and Dreamweaver.
The name of the company is EZ Blinds & Shades

I will upload the logo. The logo has 3 color BLACK & WHITE & YELLOW. Please design the website accordingly.

1) Home page: FLASH HEADER. Use information of goShutter for now
2)Shutter pages: Use similar information of goShutter.
3) Blinds pages: Use similar information of goShutter.
4) Galary pages: Use same information of goShutter.
5) FAQ pages: about 5 anchor link represent a question. When click on each link, it will go to the detail at the bottom
6)Contact page: List business name, address, phone number. and a contact Form (USE PHP to forward to an email address).
Contact form has fields:
a. Customer's name
b. Customer's Email Address
c. Customer's phone numbers.
d. Messages.

Actually I need 1 more page called: Dealler, which will have a paragraph stating that if user is a dealler and would like to establish an account he/she can fill out the form below and submit it.

Below the paragraph is a contact form, with a hidden field Dealler
