So recap:
- I need a very well design site that looks like a mix between the first site. Very clean and simple.

- Member should be able to signup and create a profile page very clean & simple, where they can post pix, and send to friends, write reviews, add events, rsvp, sign up for guest list and email address, rate club, restaurants, comment on pix, etc.

- Photo gallery: where pix have been posted by promoter, venues, my company. Members should be able to view pix that have been posted by other members, but that have been separate from main photo gallery.

- Like the way this photo can sent to a friend or downloaded. Plus the logo is added.

- RSVP forms for my events and for venue or promoters events.

- Sponsorships and advertising request form.

- Banner ads on the sides, and top.

- Music

- Some flash graphx

- Direct tight in to members facebook or myspace.

- Maybe RSS feeds would be cool for content not sure tho.
