Description

We need a simple video gallery with backend administration.

The front end should:
1) Show thumbnails of videos
2) Have a video player that plays videos when thumbnails are clicked.
Please see the attached image for a screenshot of what our current player looks like. We'd like it to look nicer and slicker than it currently does.

The back end should:
1) Allow uploading of movie files. (preferably in WMV and/or FLV format)
2) Allow you to set a thumbnail for each movie.
3) Rearrange order of movies as neccessary.

Backend needs to be web based, and no editing of code or XML should be necessary for us to add videos or thumbnails.

Budget is $50.
