Description

We need to modify the following template monster flash template:

This is a really simple template, so the changes should be easy.

Change menu text, add logo, add text/images (privacy policy, main, folio, and contacts pages), set up contact form .php. Fix code so that "Click to activate and use this control" does not appear.
