I have purchased Smart Job Board. I need a person to integrate the following into this site:

Web Recorder
Instant Video Chat
Template Changes
Credit Card Payment Function
Online Instant Help

I will purchase the software for the web recorder, video chat and online help.

I would also like this site to be duplicated for further use in other countries.

I will give more information to any experienced web developers who can help me. I have had a previous quote for this work to be done but I am unhappy with the lack of communication.
