Description

Need a sitebuilder created with the ability to add custzomized flash header to each website built. Need to duplicate many of the features and functions found here: http://www.hometeamsonline.com/sportswebsites/
All of the design work is already completed at hoopsynergy.com. The successful bidder needs to get the "guts" of the sitebuilder system and flash banner creator working to match the sample site above.
