Description

We need a system for a site that will play one minute self promoting videos, users will have two options to send the videos to us:

option-1
User will have the ability to record on the site a one minute video from a user's own computer camera

option-2
the user can upload a video file already recorded to the site.

The system must be programmed in PHP, we only use Linux servers, and we will be able to provide any (free) software that you may need to convert the uploaded videos.
