Simply put, I would like something structured in this format using whatever programming appropriate so that the end product operates in the same fashion and achieves the same results as Sapha’s designed “Hook Tour”. Note "HookTours" is a trademark name.

Additionally, there will be some graphic work related to a dual income opporunity in real estate, specifically the Nouveau Riche Real Estate Investing Education and Marketing oppportunity. This is a business opportunity lead generator.

Whatever template, programming and/or scripting developed will be your property.. I simply want to own the end product built for my business. This way, at your own discretion, you may use the ‘creation’ for future projects, whatever those may be, as it should be easy customizable.

You can use the end application, because you own it, for anything other than Nouveau Riche, otherwise you become my competition.

A non-compete must be in place specifically prohibiting using the software for Nouveau Riche lead generation and product sales and or selling it to anyone for use in Nouveau Riche and assigns without written permission from me.

Compensation is negotiable provided reasonableness is used when making a request.

I have a Power Point presentation that can be used as a backbone for the 3 minute tour and all attachments (.pdf/word) that will be integrated in tours will be provided by me.

All leads will be posted to the destination I choose (email inbox) and subscribed to a newsletter (aweber service) – this is easy stuff. Toll Free number will be in the hook tour for call to action. Exit strategy will be in place to redirect visitors to main website upon close of application, www.realestateschoolmaster.com

Basically, this project involves creating the application and integrating informative graphics/details in a captivating manner. Additionally, a voice over is needed. Any suggestions? The Sapha example should suffice.
