Description: I need a total redesign of www.slapper.dk

Slapper.dk is a danish videosite, made from the script from VideoWatchPro.com

What I need is a cool redesign, to make the site look great!

For thoose who don't know, the VideoWatchPro.com script is based on tpl files and php. Meaning that the PHP files includes the tpl file (as far as I understand)

I have no clue how much PHP programming there will be, but I guess there will be some.
So the bidder on this project should be able to do both design and PHP.

So what I need is:
Redesign and logo for Slapper.dk (not just changing style's, CSS and such).
The design needs to be fresh, colorful (but not too much).
