Need the skills of Web Designer for RealEstate Website

Website should look similar to http://osc.template-help.com/wt_24154/index.html as a template. All photos will be provided. The color scheme should be similar to barackobama.com

The realestate funtionality will be driven by openrealty. Openrealty is already installed but not in use. This web site will be the front page to drive into OpenRealty. So if you have any experinece integrating with php, cms or openrealty you should mention it, so you can also do the next project phase.
