Description

The purpose of this project is to send quotations to clients.

We need to interconnect Action Script 2, e-mail and database as follows:

1. A Visitor fill-in an existing form that sends (per e-mail) a request for a quotation like this:

The last line is 3 fields : cts, color, clarity
[this part is done already... so we assume the mail is there]
plus a URL link that we will construct according to your specifications. This link will contain the data hereabove as well as the URL of the form on point 2 (hereunder)

2. The Owner (my client) identify manually the items to quote and go to a webPage (named fi.: 'admin/quoting")by clicking the link mentionned in point 1.

this page has the following input fields:
eMail visitor:[already filled](from the link hereabove)
name visitor: [already filled](from the link hereabove)
request: [already filled](from the link hereabove)

then

a list of 1 to 10 possible items under the following format:
certif_number [input field]
cts, color,clarity [output from a DB table PHP MySQL]:
price [input field]
Comments [input field]
on the bottom:
one button <next> to add more items and one button <send> for the process.

3 Reply mail.
on clicking on <send> PHP will send a mail to the visitor and to the owner

4. the links.

The link (mentionned in point three), should contain 'certif_number' as a lookup index for table 'Diamonds' ,and 'price' (see point 2) that one in a coded form.

5. Clicking
When the client click on this link (on the mail he receives), it will go to a (flash) page this page will (transparently) call a PHP to generate a xml containing all the fields of that record PLUS the price (in decoded form now ). upon return of the information, flash will generate a layout of the Item appraisal.(I will do this layout, but you should supply me the xml)

This part has to be fully transparent to the visitor.

Code will be AS2.and PHP/mySQL
