Description: Hi,

need a clone of my-hammer.at. Site is an project/auction site where you can offer Projects in one country and companies or people can bit on it. (such as painting a room, renovating a flat.....)

I want a small difference - not always the cheapest one should get the project (as he/she might not be the best one) - the buyer or projectowner shall decide who will get it finally.

Important would be also a search function like PLZ(postcode) plus x km's. (some companies would act only within X km's).

Site should look really professional with flash header and i need here the real experts.

payment in milestones - within 3 months site should be active.

webspace and domain already available.

had to restart from beginning since previous selected company did not work on the project and i lost all my money and time.

would need additionally flwng:

* new .com domain proposed by you
* quick hosting with large webspace (paid seperatly)
* site avail in german & english - would be perfect
if you understand german language
* logo, banner, worldclass layout

Four info - there is also a new job auction site www.jobauction.com.au which has good features but layout should be improved for me site to make it really nice.
