| Description: |
Hi,
Site: www.ultimatescorer.com CMS: Postnuke (www.postnuke.com) Game module: pnFlashGames (www.pnflashgames.com)
Objective: -To prevent cache on Flash games -To prevent user from seeing the previous page after pressing the Back button on browser, OR, to force a page reload when user press the Back
Tasks: -When user click to play the game, once he finished playing and moved to another page, I do not want him to be able to press Back and continue to play the game without reloading that game page.
These have been tried:
<meta http-equiv="Expires" content="Mon, 26 Jul 1997 05:00:00 GMT"> <meta http-equiv="Cache-Control" CONTENT="no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate"> <meta http-equiv="Cache-Control" CONTENT="post-check=0, pre-check=0", FALSE"> <meta http-equiv="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache">
AND
gen_header(){ $expire = "Expires: " . gmdate("D, d M Y H:i:s", time() + 1) . " GMT"; header($expire); header("Last-Modified: " . gmdate("D, d M Y H:i:s") . " GMT"); header("Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate"); }
Bidders are recommended to test their solutions by testing on Postnuke and pnFlashGames before bidding. Bidders may also try the following tip.
http://board.flashkit.com/board/showthread.php?threadid=87752
but, the has to make the whole page reload, not just the flash file.
