Not just create a code and user can copy-paste, but use online services to RUN this campaign on this server. 3, need to support multi languages ( English, and Russian) some of the CMS support them. Req: 1. User visit website see home page( need to be web.2.0 design), where a graphics about this site, idea what can be done, and said it FREE. show lates category of polls been created , also shows total numbers of created categories, and total numbers of polls on the system Main message on the site (on top) This site if Free, and everyone can post a poll for any reason, and any ideas ( administrator will control a language and posting, no porno, adult, etc..it will be delited automatically) 1.Button: Create New Poll: click and go to next page, select category(from the list drop-down) if not in the list create one, text field and image to choose(for icon) we will provide default icons, and if no icon they like upload there own icon) 2. After creation category, creation group: similar to category just about groups ( friends, family, schoolmates..etc) if no in the list create one ( select image from the galery, if no interesting image upload yours(system will show in small size like tumbnail) 3. when group and category done, create POLL ( similar to http://www.99polls.com/) when its done, automatically post it on front page (like http://www.youtube.com/ post latest video). Main page will show latest polls in main categories (default categories will be generated automatically based on %% of polls in the category, 20% 20% 20% 20% 20% or similar) from left and right vertical space will be used for Banner adds. Top banner will be as well. Under line (below, standard links about company, contact, etc) 4. User management need to be implemented.( profile, login info etc) but to post a poll its not necessary to have your login if user create an account, he can store own polls to restricted preview and use code to use on your own web place. 5. Design need to be close (layout) to youtube. 6. design looks like linkedin.com (icons, etc) 7. Need to have an ADMIN sections, where admin can edit and remove content etc.
