Description

I have a site created in photoshop that I need converted into a FLASH site. Straight forward conversion with very few Flash extras. One section has small color squares that when clicked will change a larger image, and this section has several pages (like paint chips that would show a larger example).

Another section is a distributor location map - map of US with clickable states - nearest distributor details will be displayed from where the client clicked. The rest is basic navigation with no interactivity, brochure style.

There will be a contact page that will need to integrate with PHP so send the contents of the form - very simple name - email - subject and content with a send button going to a confirmation that the email was sent - email should go to sender AND static email address of site owner.

The site must be complete and ready to present to my client no later than Monday 11-19 at 9AM eastern US. Any edits required from my client would need to be turned and ready no later than Wednesday 11-21 at 9AM eastern. If you do not think you can 100% complete in this time frame PLEASE do not bid.
