Description: Hi,

Payment will be made via escrow ONLY!

I need a Professional Look and functional website to sell Perfume & Fashion:
1. PHP & MySQL.
2. Language file so that we can edit it into our language later(vietnamese)
3. Shopping cart + Paypal integrated + Bank Transfer as payment methods
4. Simple member pannel, for them to check delivery status and order history,payment status and credit(referral purpose)
5. Discount voucher system + Referral system
7. Promotion Area: admin will add item into this and it will displayed on prontpage as Hot Offer.
8. Ad manager to display banner on the sides and top
9. Admin will configure picture size and banner size for EACH ITEM
10. User online statistic
11. Top 10 items(selling the most)
