Description: This project is in replacement of an older one. We're looking to rebuild our website (currently at www.zapthink.com) with one that is more optimized. We built our own PHP templating system, but it is not very efficient, low security, and the site is getting very cluttered. We are looking for someone to build or bring a PHP templating system that is more robust (perhaps Joomla based) that can support all the needs for our website as it currently is as well as additional new features we would like to add. I put together a document outlining the current and future features.

This site also uses an Authorize.net-based shopping cart system and it is important for submitters to be able to support that as well as provide a testing environment (not use our account during testing). We also want to improve the look and feel of our site to make it look less cluttered.

Looking for experience, especially with PHP, MySQL, and web design. Joomla is a plus!
