Description

Our company is looking to create a photo hosting site. Our customers will be able to create photo and video based "communities". They should be able to upload multiple files at once. The typical customer will upload hundreds of files within a one hour time span.

The website should save the file information in a database. Once the files have been uploaded, there should be some photo editing capabilities.

The focus of this project is to create the "back end" of the community site. This is the part that will allow our customers to upload photos and videos. But - bonus points if you can create a photo gallery suitable for view by the general public (not required though, we can create that separately)

Points to keep in mind:
- Project must be created in PHP/MYSQL, but if you would like to include Flash, that is ok too
- All code must be WELL COMMENTED. This is extremely important
- Please take into account that we are trying to minimize necessary bandwidth
- Please include links to similar projects that you have created
- Please include estimated timeline to complete project as well as a price for completed project (not an hourly rate)
