Description: I am interested in a complete website both front and back end with similar feel and or look of the following:

2.cbs.com

What I like from the first one is how the list of videos dissappears to one side and it lets the advertisement appear on the side.

And what I like about the cbs site is that every video thumbnail has a little story with it.

I want to have a combination of these 2 sites.

I also would like for it to have a feature area for clients who pay for this special spot.

When the video clips play, I would like for there to have an adv. appear after every 2 to 3 clips.

The advertisiment should not be tied with the clip but play randomly, or it could also be set by frequency per day. What I mean by this is if a client pays more for their ad, they should have their ad show up more times then others.

There should also be a section where people can upload their videos where it can be added to the list immediately or has to be approved by the webmaster before. regular videos can not be more then 3 minutes long, but with consent of the webmaster it can be longer.

I would also like the option for viewers to email to friends links to the videos they like and also have the option to leave comments behind, and also have the number of total views be visible or not depending on the webmaster.

There should also be an area close to the top of the site to view or download a daily podcast.

Of course there should be a way for searching for videos too.

I also would like to have it on rss feed.

Again in a way like the Msnbc site, where the index page is video area, but you have the option above like MSNBC to choose other news (not video), entertainment, photos, etc..etc...

For the other news, I like it to be just as the lower part of MSNBC.com where they show the US, World & Politics and Business, where the viewer can choose how many stories to show or move them up or down or close it all together, and also for the webmaster to choose which section to show.

All of these can be added later if it will take too long to complete on but the most important part is the video section which should be done as the main part of the site.
