Description

I have a blank site that needs to be built. I need the graphics, and everything else except content. I want this site to have members login and have a way to upload pictures of fish they caught and add information like who, when, where. I would like for other members to score the fish on the website. I would like a forum where members can chat about fishing and to be able to upload pictures to the forum. The website itself is not very big. I want to be able to post some artciles on the site that has to do with fishing. Can anyone make an awesome fishing website that people can show off their catches and talk about it? I want the members to be able to do it. Let me know what you can design, build, and install! This is a small budget, but I can garentee a lot more work for the winner.
