Description
I have a Flash contact form that I need help programming using PHP. I know how to create the coding for a basic form (fill in the blanks) but this one incorporates drop-downs and check boxes and I'm not sure how to set it up so it works.I'm looking for someone to fix the coding I already have set up, make any changes to the form in the Flash file (I'm probably doing something wrong), and explain to me what I did wrong so I know for the future.
Please do not bid unless you can help me on both sides - the PHP and the Flash. I prefer users in the US - I can't spend time trying to decipher broken English when I'm already confused with what I'm doing.
I have a small budget for this - max $50. Most of the work is done, I just need correcting.
