Description
Needed features from Mogulus.com:- All the users features from Mogulus
- Flash build features and watching of the channels and flash channel player.
- Adding clips from different video sites like YouTube.com (there will be at most 5 sites) to the users database, but not hosted by me (in Mogulus there is a feature to add youtube video and after you add a clip url you can show it on your tv channel).
- Uploading of clips from users and changing the extention to .flv so it can be shown on the channels.
- Admin preview of all uploaded clips before acception.
- Feature for embeded code of the channel so other webmasters can add channels to their sites.
- Registration of users and login page
- 2 different languages (English and Bulgarian, the translation to bulgarian is from me)
The freelancers with most similar projects in their portfolio will be chosen.

It is very important to understand that the features for making of a users channel are 2 : uploading files which must be converted so the flash player (which have to be made by the freelancer) can play them and the other option is to fetch and add to their channels videos from video sites which will NOT be hosted on my server.

Sorry for these additions, but these are important and i forgot it:
I already work on a design so i don't need design - only the working features, player and help to fit it in the site.
