Providers,

I need a professional developed website that maintains a contact database of 300,000+ media contacts. The contacts are from Magazines, TV, Newspaper, Journals, etc. Members can sign up on the website to have access to the database. The can sort and search the database based on different criteria, create custom lists, and submit press release to these contacts through email.

The website will be similar in concept to sites like:

Technical Specifications:

This website needs to be developed in any of the latest rich internet applications on the public side (preferably Flex….or AIR, Light, AJAX, Flash, etc.). The design should be modern, interactive, user-friendly, and most importantly WEB 2.0. It needs full functionality and control by the admin through a client-side login. I prefer darker color schemes on white backgrounds. Outside of integrating Flex into the public site, you can use any programming language to develop the rest of the features.

With your bid, please include your portfolio of RELATIVE examples of related work...if you have an examples of FLEX or other RIA development, then please include it in your bid. Successful completion of this project will lead to ongoing changes to the site and much more work on other projects in the future.
