there must be made on complete and functional website that works like ebay. The graphic and design is important too.
short history:

It will be an online trademarket, where you as customer can buy or sell stuff, what ever it might be. Therefor users must have a good varity of categories they can choice from.

All useres have to be registered in start

posiblity for communication between buyers and seller. buyers can ask questions and seller can response to those questions.

sell can choice the price to be fast or variable. so the product sells to the hights bid

All moneytransaction happens though website so when the buyer get
the product, then the sell get his/hers money from website.
