Hello freelancers,

Myself and some friends have bought a domain for a guild for the online game Warhammer Online. The design will be completed by us, but we need someone to code the design.

We've bought and downloaded PHP-Nuke v.8. This will be the system that we want to work through, if no better way is offered.

This site will have to contain;

- Admin / moderator area
- Members area
- Easy news creation
- File sharing for members / (upload images,movies,programs)
- A flash video-player
- Built-forums

Most of these features are likely already implemented into PHP-Nuke.

Also note that this is more like a hobby project you can do, than a business project with strict deadlines and other requirements.
Of course, we are still serious so some continuous progress must be made.

Because of this, and the fact that we haven't got a huge budget to work with, our price range will be from 60-80$, hope this is not an insult.

We would deeply appreciate if someone were willing to take the task and provide us with a well functioning and easy-to-edit website!
