Description: Greetings all,

I need a joomla expert to design a front end for my site. I currently run an Irish football site, I will give you the details of the site later.

What i need:
1. Installation of Joomala Script
2. Original skin Design for football site
3. Creation of custom built modules e.g.
(a) League Tables
(b) Games Results
(c) Player Problems
(d) Teams Management
(e) Manager Login Section
etc...

I require an a skilled designer to make an execptional skin. Something eye catching and in tone of the game, flash skills may also be required.

The core system does not have to be joomala but must be something along those lines.

I do not want any time waster, so please do not bid if you cannot show me your skills in advance.
