Description: Currently I have a very basic Image Uploading System that is just not meeting up with my needs.

I'd like a free uploading system of course, but I'd like something that someone can upload as well.

I'd like it so people can make categories/sub categories. And make them public/private.

But I want the public files to be search able.

It would be a plus to add a feature, where people who are Logged and and are searching through the uploads, for them to be able to "favorite" what they find, or even add a copy to their own folder. This would be a really awesome feature, especially for those who make macro's that people seem to be posting all over the internet these days.

There does not have to be any design with it, because I'll be putting it within my own design. But the coding needs to be clean enough and be able to fit within my design.

Some last features:
1. Hit Counts - the amount of times an image has been viewed
2. Possibly a section where images are shown that have been the most viewed, as well as a display how many times it's been shown.

I'll pay extra if you make it compatible for people to upload small video files.

Expert in Uploading Image and Image Resizing (Defined Thumbnails folder and put resized image on the thumbnails folder while uploading ... Faster and use less resource rather than runtime thumbnail solution). Take a look in http://www.amaderkotha.com/Image_Resizer.php Require MySQL (I guess you already have it installed) for Hit-Count and Most-Viewed. Category and/or Sub-Category can be managed with public/protected option.
