I need a HTLM game portal( one page ) for my vBulletin Forum...

we requires

1- 1 page html website.
2- Eye catching look
3- Flash Header.
4- page look similar to "First Draft.jpeg"
5-content area kept blank for client update.
6 : all the script( left-right Ad, and joomla ) in running condition over the page as in the "FirstDraft.jpeg"(Scripts details as well as script files are provided in the .zip file).
