Description:	We are looking for some one with experience in graphic design. I have a website that I would like to add various graphics too. I'd like to add affects to buttons when they are scrolled over, and i would like to change some of the actual design on my website. On my site i have a map of Italy which shows each of the different Italian cities, once you click on a city a new page opens, i dont want to change this idea all together but i would like to add effects such as enlarging text when you scroll over a city. This is just a brief summary of the work i am going to need done. Please take a look at the website http://www.pcatalk.com/Social/ and let me know if you are capable of completing the site and please provide me with a price. I am going to need to see some sites that you have done in the past with similar design needs (minimum 3).
