Description

I am looking for someone to make a game website for me, this is going to be a complete website creation. It will be a host for flash games that I add on the website, and it will be broken up into different categories and things like that so that users can find games in different ways. These are the primary links I want on the site:

1) Games - with each different category (I'll discuss this later)
2) Home page with specific things on it
3) About the admin page
4) contact the admin page
5) A search games page

I will explain in much more detail how I want these pages set up, but the important part of this script will be the different things I want done with the games. These following attributes I want on the site, but again I will tell you specifically how if you feel you can do these things.

-For each game page I want a page counter so that there can be a most popular area on the home page where the 20 most played games will be found with how many times they have been played.
-I want a chat room for each category of game, and this will be embedded in the page that a game is played.
-I want frames so that the loading is faster (like all of the buttons and things would be on the side and when you click one the middle of the page loads but the buttons do not reload, cause it saves bandwidth)
-I also want a ranking system so that the users can rank the games they play. With this there will also be a top 20 ranked games list that shows the highest ranked games.
-I want the traffic to be tracked by the site so that if one person plays a game and then plays another there can be a related games section that says "people that play this game also play this game". This will be located on each game page and the related games will be based off of people that play the game they are on and then play another one (using the most popular related games, like up to 5).
-I want a search games page where users can search games without doing a google search it will just come up with games that are on my site showing a picture, name of the game, and a description. The search can go off of the name or description.

If you feel you can do these things tell me what kind of price you would be looking at, but if I am considering you I will tell you more about the specifics for each page and everything like that. Time is not a real concern for me, because I would be willing to a wait a little bit. If you do a good job, I will personally hire you to do different upgrades on this site once I start it.
