Description: We need flash application ready to serve live stream from fireware source or webcams. Application will be used for streaming small conferences / webcasts.

We need encoder and streaming player in flash.

Player should:
1. have moderated and unmoderated chat .
2. display powerpoint slide currently being displayed by presenter 'on screen'.
3. display video from diffrent sources (user selects camera)
4. allow bitrate selection.
5. contain simple survey tool with ability to display result as one of slides on operator request.
6. be ready to integrate with our user database in terms of authentication (permission to watch and nickname to display).

Stream should be saved for future use and ideally it should save all related data (slides, surveys results).

Application design according to our rules is part of project or may be done by us.
