Description: I have a website that needs the banner created in flash.

the menu needs to pop down and the logo itself needs to sparkle and transition in some how! [ need your creativity]

also the curtains around the top banner also needs to sparkle as if light is hitting it!

should be simple for the proficient flash developer!

i will provide the psd files and i would also like the html pages and css created for this website.

if you can add the banner where it should go and provide a finished product!

please note i need more flash work done for another project so this will be a trial as well!
