Flash Website

I have a templade created in PSD, and i need to transfor this in a Flash website with control pannel.

This website will have:

- Formulary
- Image gallery
- Around 11 Pages
- Menu animated
- Template animated
- Music player
- Site created in 2 lenguages with start page to choose lenguage
(portuguese- Sweden)

The frontpage of the layout is attached here
