Description

**NOTE: This project will be broken into 2 separate Phases. I require “separate bids” for each of these phases. Eg: Phase 1 Bid: $xxx Phase 2 Bid: $xx**

PHASE 1 - Develop Flash application and Results table

I require an experienced developer to design a Flash/Flex application using AMFPHP (flash remoting) or another open-source remoting alternative that you feel is appropriate.

The flash application does NOT need any complex graphics, sounds etc.
I am only concerned with the “speed and efficiency” of the application during Phase 1. Once I am satisfied with the Flash/Flex application then will proceed to Phase 2 of the project.

PHASE 2 – Develop look and feel of site, other functionalities

Separate Project - Only start after Phase 1 complete and I am satisfied

Technical Requirements
---------------------------------
Must have experience with:
* Flash
* AMFPHP/Flash Remoting
*PHP
*MySQL
*Experience designing Rich Interactive sites

You must post URL Links to your past work for me to review.

**Please place separate bids for Phase 1 and Phase 2 – as they will be two separate projects.

I will also appreciate any suggestions regarding what technologies you think will be best and any other suggestions that you can make after reviewing my requirements.
