Description

Hello,
I need a Flash document created for my website. (www.exibbo.com)

Here is what I want:
A comic creator that can make simple 2D comics. Similar to the following: (http://www.mainada.net/comicssketch/show_strip/2149?q=artist%3AAnonymous%3Border_by%3Acreated_at%3Border_type%3ADESC%3B)

It will be imbedded into my website, It will require to be able to communicate with my Database (saving comics names etc there) and saving the output file.

I am not a flash developer, so really I do not know how much this will cost. I am willing to spend between $1-$200 and if necessary up to $300.

Winner will be have to communicate via AOL, MSN, YAHOO or at least email. Also, I have more flash projects for this website in the next few weeks.
