After working with some great freelancers here, we are now releasing a new project targeting for developing a few projects teams.
For further development of our Live Pay per Minute Webcam: Fully featured flash video chat with an intuitive flash user interface for marketing this solution

1. Support real time audio and video communication with bandwidth controls and automatic webcam and microphone detection,
2. Enhanced text chats with language filter
3. Have the users list with genre/camera/ admin, private and public rooms, admin section with logs review and ban and kick by IP, nick filter, limited video time and limited video-frames/second for "free" users.
Have a separate admin interface from where you can kick and ban users, delete and create rooms

We are looking for Business Partners to work on an "outsource" basis.

We are interested in talking with a team or individuals to form an ongoing business partnership with. We pay via GAF as a fixed fee basis for projects and we will also pay on a percentage of sales as a performance bonus (all paid via GAF).

Please quote on a monthly basis your fee for working 20 - 40 hours per week on dedicated projects and remember to allow for GAF commissions in that bid! All transactions will take place via GAF on the escrow system to ensure your get paid fairly, GAF earn their commissions and we get the correct level of service in return for your payments. Commissions paid will be added as new projects on a quarterly basis. For example, you quote $400 US Dollars per month for work, we pay you via GAF. The products produced sell and make $20,000 over the quarter after costs, we then pay you a performance percentage (please quote what you would expect in commissions as bonus). This would be posted as a project to allow commissions to be paid to GAF as normal!

The reason we would like Eastern Europe is due to time factor... as we will be working on projects together, we prefer that you are working in our time zones to make life much easier :)
