Description: I need to get a PHP-NUKE skin up and running. I have a template that I would like to go by. Most of the designing will be editing colors and changing a few things here and there. The buyer is free to do as they will with the designing. The skin for PHP-NUKE will also need to include the skin for PHPBB which is included in the template that I will provide to go by. There may be a long-term relationship with this buy as well. Please make sure you have a great knowledge of phpnuke, phpbb, and the ability to create blocks and modules as I may need help in the future with this. Thanks to all and happy bidding!
